Well, I have no internet at home, and the electricity and gas were supposed to be cut off today, but they weren't, so I'm not complaining.
I have shipped the bike to Calgary Cycle today.
One hurdle over, but now I'm worried about it getting damaged, either because of the shippers, or my own crappy packaging. Good news though I'm getting a new BB while it's in the shop.
Now I have to move out of my place on Monday.
Then fly out on the 9th.
Updates will be sporadic if at all.
I have all my gear squared away. I might carry two bib shorts, maybe.
I'm a little worried about the race, hopefully when I get there, my competitive spirit will take over and I'll be able to kick ass.
Matthew(the race organizer) is giving me a SPOT GPS thing so I can be tracked. I'll post more on that when I know about it.

Switching to the Tour Divide
I will be racing in the Tour Divide instead of the Great Divide Race.
Not sure about the mix up. I'm pretty sure the GDR was going to start on the 11th in Canada this year, but they must have just changed that.
Not sure about all the drama between the two groups, but I want to do the whole Great Divide Mountain Bike Route so I'll be racing in the TD.

Almost setup
This is not quite the final setup.
I need my new handlebars and a few bits.
I've spent the better part of four days in Cincinnati, looking for a place. I've found several, but never heard back from the owner etc. I did finally find a suitable place seven miles from work. I'm sure the paperwork will be fine, but stranger things have happened.
Now I have to focus on training, map stuff, a wedding(not mine), moving, buying a ticket, and shipping off the bike.
Lots to do.
